Spice up you’re next Zoom by inviting a real goat

Schedule a time, and this farm will literally stick a goat on your call. Our collective boredom grows…
Also bonus points for the creative name of this service:
Thoughts on the shape of the next normal
Distance is back
Resilience AND efficiency
The rise of the contact-free economy
More government intervention in the economy
More scrutiny for business
Changing industry structures, consumer behavior, market positions, and sector attractiveness
Finding the silver linings
At the end of the day, your guess is as good as mine as to what the future looks like. Maybe it looks the exact same, but I think we will indeed be moving into the “next normal”.
I thought this article did a good job putting into words what the world looks like when this is over.
Jackie Robinsons backyard “afternoon jazz concert”

Jazz enthusiasts relax on the lawn of the Stamford, Connecticut, home of Jackie and Rachel Robinson as they listen to an afternoon jazz concert. The concert benefited the Southern Christian Leadership Conference and brought $14,334 for the organization headed by Martin Luther King Jr.
Now I find lots of cool shit, but a private jazz concert, in Jackie Robinsons backyard, to raise money to help Martin Luther King Jr fight for civil rights - this is easily in the top 5 coolest things I’ve EVER come across.
I’d easily add this to my “If I had a time machine, where would I want to go” list.
Speaking of old, cool, jazz
In 1958, THIS is what they get for entertainment. Today, we get f’ing Sarah Palin dressed up as trippy bear poorly rapping “I like big butts” (Don’t you dare click on that damn link!)
This one made me literally LOL

For Consumers, Brands’ Care for Staff Amid Pandemic as Important as Stocked Items

New report shows most are more likely to buy from companies that show flexibility, empathy toward employees
90% of consumers said it is important to them that brands take care of their employees and treat them well, even in tough times.
90% also said it is important that brands have products they want in stock.
49% said they consider whether or not companies take care of their employees as one of their top five purchasing considerations.
In short, don’t be a dick.
If you miss the sounds of being in an office,

I do indeed miss the sounds (amongst other things) of the office.
You can now buy pieces from Robin Williams personal art collection

The collection looks like a window into Mr. Williams imagination.
