Friday.
Well shit, what a week.
Started cool…
Went from one of my favorite holiday weekends - Memorial Day Weekend, the kick-off to the summer season. But in quarantine.
I had my 40th bday on Tuesday! Kudos to my wife for going above and beyond to making sure that we had some fun celebrating the milestone. We partied as best as parents of young children in quarantine can.
Ended with shit…
Yesterday I said that it didn’t feel right to share my normal daily dose of interesting & weird internet things - today is the same.
I will share one thing that you 100% should watch, especially if you’re white.
My wife has a unique perspective on the black American experience, as she herself is a black woman, married to a white man. We have the unfair advantage of constantly being able to have super uncomfortable conversations and learn from each other (more so me from her 😬) on the daily.
